Technology and product leadership, built over 20 years.
I'm Adam Stuckert — a technology executive and product leader. I've spent my career building digital products and technical organizations across Asia and Canada, with roles at Accenture, IBM, KPMG, and Vistra. Currently advising, angel investing, and consulting.
I work with technology and product teams on strategy, architecture decisions, and organizational design. My background spans consulting, enterprise software, and corporate services — what works at scale and what doesn't.
I invest through BC-based funds and directly in early-stage companies. I'm drawn to founders working on enterprise software, digital infrastructure, and products with genuine technical depth.
I consult selectively with organizations navigating significant digital change — building investment cases, launching products, and designing the teams that will operate them.
About
After graduating from UBC I joined Accenture in Vancouver, working across utilities and infrastructure clients in North America. In 2009 I relocated to Shanghai, where I spent the next three years leading project teams across China. It was nearly a decade of foundational consulting work — covering project and programme delivery, complex system design and implementation, and strategy — and I progressed from analyst to manager along the way.
I moved to Hong Kong to take on a major account role at IBM. I led large enterprise transformation programmes — managing complex teams of consultants, vendors, and client staff — and learned what operating at real scale actually requires. It was a period of growth in how I thought about technology delivery and organizational dynamics at large companies.
Partnership at KPMG was about building something from scratch. I grew the Technology Strategy practice from a small team into a meaningful business, and along the way founded KPMG China's blockchain practice and launched KPMG Origins, a track-and-trace platform deployed across Asia Pacific. This was an entrepreneurial role that included selling, hiring, shaping a vision, and taking ownership of outcomes.
I joined Tricor - a $1B+ corporate services business - and helped launch its digital transformation. This included building the investment case, launching products, acquiring IP, and assembling a product organization across multiple geographies. When Tricor exited to a private equity buyer, digital revenue growth was a key part of the value story.
I returned to Vancouver in 2023, ultimately leaving Vistra in late 2025. Since then I've been advising, angel investing, and consulting selectively — spending time with founders and operators working on problems I find genuinely interesting.
